I feel like I’m getting better sleep, despite temperature and other factors. It is harder to kick back into day mode without coffee, but I fall asleep much better than earlier.
Studying for an exam It’s hard to keep the focus, but I suspect this is mostly because of other causes than lack of coffee. Spent the downtime not doing a lot of deep focus work and just watching slop on youtube, so this might have had an effect on degrading my ability to keep focus for a long time.
It is definitely harder to keep my head up without coffee though.
